Is there a one-time fee to start an HCI computer institute franchise?

No. Neither partnership model has a one-time joining fee. An HCI Franchisee pays ₹10,000 per year plus per-student certification fees. An Authorised Study Centre pays only per student.

Do you charge royalty on my revenue?

No. We charge a fixed fee per student enrolled, never a percentage of what you collect. If you raise your course fees, you keep the entire increase.

What are the minimum requirements to open a centre?

300 or more square feet of usable space, five to ten computers, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a lab layout with no more than two students per machine in a batch. Refurbished computers are acceptable.

How long does the application take?

A counsellor contacts you within 24 hours of submitting the form. Location verification and onboarding follow, and most centres are operational within a few weeks of agreement.
