Dinesh Sharma is the Founder and Director of Hindustan Computer Institute (HCI) — a Govt. Registered (MSME) and ISO 9001:2015 certified computer education institute based in Billawar, Jammu & Kashmir.

A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) graduate with over 10 years of experience in IT education and training, Dinesh has helped 500+ students from rural J&K build job-ready digital skills. His teaching philosophy: every course should make a student employable, not just educated.

Under his leadership, HCI has grown into the region's most recognized computer institute — offering industry-aligned diplomas in ADCA, ADFA, MDCAA, and other professional courses in computer applications, financial accounting, and AI-integrated tools.
