What happens after I submit a feature request?
Our product team reviews every submission. If it aligns with our roadmap and benefits a large portion of our users, we will queue it for development. You may receive an email from our team if we need further clarification on how the feature should work.
How do I know if my feature has already been requested?
Don't worry about duplicate requests! In fact, if multiple centers request the exact same feature, it helps us prioritize it faster. Just submit your idea anyway.
Can I suggest features on behalf of my entire school?
Absolutely. If you are an Admin or Center Head, please mention in your description that this feature is being requested to solve a problem affecting your entire faculty or student body.
Will my feature definitely be added?
While we appreciate all feedback, we cannot guarantee every request will be built. We prioritize features that align with our core vision and those that solve the most urgent problems for the highest number of users.
Can I follow up on a feature request I already submitted?
Yes! You can always reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Just mention the name of the feature you requested, and we'll give you an update on its current status.
