01 Educational Services

HCI provides vocational training in computer applications, accounting, and IT skills.

• Certification: Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course, mandatory attendance, and passing of internal assessments.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify course curriculum or batch timings to maintain educational standards.

02 Fees & Payment Policy

All fees must be paid on time as per the installment schedule provided at admission.

03 Code of Conduct

Students and users must maintain professional behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing login credentials with others.
• Recording or distributing paid course material.
• Any act of indiscipline or harassment within the digital or physical campus.

04 Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, video lectures, and study notes, is the property of Hindustan Computer Institute.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial learning only.

05 Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the site or app. While we strive for 100% placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment, as it depends on the candidate's skills and market conditions.

06 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Hindustan Computer Institute and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
